Well, I still have a sweet tooth but have decided to ditch the cookies and muffins aside and go for something with fruit to make it 'healthier'.
As rhubarb is in season - apple and rhubarb crumble was on the menu this week. Didn't realize how simple it was to make until now!
From start to end - 45 mins :)

I love that mix! You should also try with blueberries or raspberry also super yum!
Or another favorite, strawberry and rhubarb!
It is not berry season yet - apart from strawberries that we can get all yr round. BF doesn't like blueberries but when we go berry picking next month might do apple and blackberries crumble next ;)
